• Personal Information: We collect your name, phone number, and email to manage bookings and provide personalized reminders.

• Health & Safety: For certain treatments (like T-Shape 2, chemical peels, or Ayurvedic rituals), we may ask for health-related information to ensure the service is safe for you.

• Confidentiality: Your data, including diagnostic images or thermographic maps, is stored securely and accessed only by authorized staff for treatment tracking.

   

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience for all our clients, we follow a strict scheduling policy:

• Punctuality: We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next client's slot.

• Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer the time to another client.

• No-Shows: Frequent no-shows without notice may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
   

3. Specialized Technology (T-Shape 2 & Diagnostics)
When undergoing advanced aesthetic treatments:

Informed Consent: You will be informed of the procedure, expected results, and any contraindications before starting.

Data Updates: For treatments like T-Shape 2, your data is updated session by session to monitor effectiveness and adjust protocols.

Imaging: Diagnostic images (such as thermography) are used exclusively to evaluate your progress and will not be shared or published without your explicit written consent.

• Product Integrity: We prioritize organic, sustainable, and "Curly Girl Method" approved products. We are transparent about the ingredients used in our hair and skin rituals.

• Professionalism: Our team undergoes continuous training to operate all technology and perform hair techniques at the highest industry standards.

• Access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data from our records at any time.

• Refuse certain steps of a treatment if you feel uncomfortable.

• Inquire about the specific benefits and risks of any product or machine used during your visit.
